Daily Priorities
Get your team better at planning their work, and at telling you how it’s going
Every morning, your team sets their own goals, sharpened by Claude and aligned to your priorities. Every evening, you see how far they got. No chasing, no meetings.
Better planning
Your team focuses on outcomes, not tasks
Every morning, Claude helps each person plan their day. It doesn’t write the plan. It makes it better.
- Reminds them what’s still in flight, and what you’ve said matters most to the business
- Challenges them to name a goal that’s measurable and worth doing, rather than a list of activities
- Clarifies anything unclear, and highlights the assumptions they’re making
Clearer communication
Everything you need to know, in two minutes
Then it’s written for you to read quickly, in plain English, with nothing to decode.
In the morning
- What each person is going for today, and why it matters
- Anything they need from you: a decision, an answer, an introduction
In the evening
- Whether the goal was hit, partly, or missed
- If it slipped, why, and what happens to it now
No chasing, and no status meeting to sit through.
How it works
You keep one list. Everything else follows from it.
How it gets built
Set up around your team
This isn’t software you buy and then configure yourself. We set it up around your priorities, your projects, and the channel you actually read: Slack, Teams, or straight to your inbox.
FAQs
Will my team actually do this?
It takes them a few minutes, twice a day, and they’re answering questions rather than filling in a form. The plan is theirs, in their words, which is the difference between a habit that sticks and a status tool everyone quietly abandons. We run it on our own team every working day.
Won’t my team feel monitored?
It’s worth being straight about this, because it’s the difference between a habit and a resented one. Nobody is tracked, timed, or scored. Each person writes their own goal, in their own words, and their own account of how it went. Everyone on the team sees the same updates you do. It reads as a team that knows what it’s doing, not a manager checking up.
What does setting it up actually involve?
We start by understanding how your team already works: what tools you use, where the work actually lives, and what you want prioritised. Then we build it into your own environment, alongside your team rather than around them, so it fits what’s already there instead of adding another thing to log into. Each person needs a Claude account, paid straight to Anthropic rather than to us. Beyond that there’s nothing to install and nothing for you to maintain.
Is this a product we’re buying?
No. It’s a setup we build around your team and hand over, so there’s no per-seat licence and nothing to renew. We’re an agency: this is one of the things we put in place, usually as part of a broader piece of work on how your business runs.
What if we don’t use Slack?
Slack is where most of our setups run today, so it’s the fastest. Teams or email are both fine and we handle that as part of the build. Tell us where your team actually reads things and we’ll work to that.
What if our priorities change?
You change the list. It’s yours, it takes a minute, and from the next morning everyone’s goals are lining up with the new version instead. Anything only you can unblock comes back to you alongside the daily update, so you’re not the last to know you’re the blocker.
